Production is carried out with latest-generation injection molding presses and is controlled with state-of-the-art systems that ensure efficient control of the production process.

The PL&TL team in charge of production and assembly is constantly trained and informed to maintain the highest quality standards required by customers.

The machines for plastic injection molding are able to produce components of 0.5 gr. to 3.000 gr.

Injection presses have a tonnage range of 40 to 1,300 tons.

The allocation of components complies with the FIFO (First In First Out) system to guarantee the customer efficient logistics management. The order of entry of the materials corresponds to the order of exit, this allows to always send the products to the last revision of modification and to download the warehouse to avoid leaving obsolete products in stock.

Maintenance is entrusted to a team of people with specific experience in the field of plastic injection moulding.
